On Living Whole
Wholeness means something different for everybody — but one of its undeniable aspects is self-love.
Join us in our second Sunday session exploring the all-important question, “What is it to be living whole?”, along with some important community updates. To that end, LWO Founder Kathryn Hayward walks us through a new-and-improved Living Whole website. As our wonderful community introduces itself, we listen deeply and learn to honour each others’ journeys. Drawing from our community’s stories, Dr. Hayward reveals key insights about balance and openness. The future feels bright for Living Whole!
This meeting includes an introductory Jin Shin Jyutsu session on the felt sense, offered by Derek Notman, along with a closing sound bath co-led by Maia Ibar and Camilla Padgitt-Coles.

On Change
How do we flourish in a world where the easy paths seem to lead away from well-being?
This third session in our journey through Change highlights community, one of its most powerful roots. Members share experiences that have sprouted behavioral growth, while offering practical strategies to nurture the branches of a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Our collective efforts bear fruit in the form of actionable guidance on diet, exercise, compassion, inspiration, and creativity. This culminates in a reflective closing on spiritual guidance from The Vibrancy Path author/founder Jamie Champion.
This session includes an opening meditation and closing chair yoga session led by Sheila Magalhaes, on finding inner peace amid change.
