Course Description

What are the factors that contribute to sleep challenges and what can I do about them?

Sleep disturbances affect your quality of life in every minute of every day and can shorten your lifespan and healthspan.

Sleep gets your attention when something in your life becomes unbalanced and your sleep gets disturbed. In this course, we explore your sleep architecture...how you sleep and what you experience, and how to develop coherent sleeping patterns...patterns that make sense for you and what you need to nourish yourself and experience restorative sleep that allows your body to recover and grow.

This TLC helps you look at the balance between your morning activities and evening activities. You will reflect on what you do with each part of the day and how it relates to your circadian rhythm, the way your body responds to the cycles of light and dark, of day and night.

As you do the exercises in this TLC, you may discover that your symptoms have been hiding deeper problems, so if you get triggered, please engage in an individual session, perhaps therapy, so that you can learn more tools to let go of the patterns that triggered you. You deserve to have more support.

A session with one of our expert Facilitators can help you develop skills to regain your power and live connected to a new sense of peace and prosperity through feeling strengthened and empowered.

If the traumas of the past hurt now, it is because they are still present. The problem is not that you get triggered. The problem is that the traumas have not yet been healed.

This TLC teaches an Integrative Whole Health approach to sleep challenges: what the conventional medicine system offers for testing to evaluate your sleep symptoms and understands about the neurochemistry and the medications that are considered for your sleep symptoms; how to move your body so that your mind quiets and you can drop into a deeper and deeper sleep pattern; what you can do to with your food choices and with nourishing habits starting in the morning, throughout the day and into the night; and the mind/body/spirit tools with psychotherapy and family constellations that can help you. Integrative Whole Health is an essential part of your Living Whole journey.
