As a sonic artist, content creator and group facilitator, Emily Sause works with adults and children alike to uplift, inspire and motivate people to feel good in their bodies. Leading with the heart, Emily has facilitated hundreds of group experiences rooted in mindful awareness and embodied emotion, Emily is currently located in upstate New York, facilitating at the Catskill Montessori School and offering online classes for adults on the Frequency Mind platform, and for children on Raising Humanity’s virtual playground.
She is the co-writer and compassionate guiding voice at the SuperHeroMeditation program which is her 2nd. Collaboration with Gerald Forster founder of welcomeearth.tv
