To stabilize the power of empathy, we learn the calming breath meditation that helps you see yourself and others more clearly. With Emily, you will learn to breathe in through your nose to the count of two, and breathe out through your mouth to the count of four.
The Superhero Meditation Course for KIDS provides an engaging, fun, evidence-based framework that invites you to playfully discover various breath meditations. You can do these meditations as a whole family, and teachers and caregivers can do them with the children you care for.
