When our inner child learns to play different roles to get through life’s scenes, we shift the lens toward narratives of stress: Who are the players, what have they done to us, and what must they think of us? How can we stop obsessing over every frame?
In this first of three sessions on the theme of Grace, we are joined by LWO co-founders Dr. Kathryn Hayward and David Thomas, who walk us through different scenarios that highlight the path toward grace.
We learn that grace emerges when our focus shifts toward our fundamental needs. As an auteur responds with authentic vision, grace imbues us with the confidence to recognize and honor our non-negotiables.
This session includes an introductory and closing chair yoga session by Sheila Magalhaes on the needs of the soul and embracing the present moment.

When the world answers empathy with silence, how do we find our voice?
In this final session of our three-part series on Togetherness, we are joined by psychotherapy expert Laurie Seymour. Her gift for teaching mindfulness deepens our sense of connection. As members share formative experiences, Laurie guides the group like a conductor, weaving individual stories into a shared chorus. Together, we remember not only our past but also the inner guidance that has always been there. Tuning into these sacred motifs, we start to hear the melodies of the present as they beautifully unfold.
This session includes an opening Turaya meditation by Laurie, along with a closing mindfulness exercise where we each share a word that captures our present moment.

Are the causes we fight for separate patches in a quilt, or are they all stitches in a greater design? To unravel this question, we turn to the craft of documentary.
In this second session on the theme of Togetherness, we are joined by filmmaker John Corry, whose documentaries have changed how we think about nutrition and mindfulness. As he shares the threads that weave the tapestry of a prolific and varied career, his quest to understand wellbeing in all its forms emerges as a central motif.
By shedding light on the patchwork of causes and characters advocating for animal rights, plant-based nutrition, medical ethics, planetary health and wellness, John highlights the need for interconnected activism. As our community canvases his creative challenges and philosophies, we are invited to reflect on the broader social fabric that connects and shapes us.
This session includes an opening and closing chair meditation on presence and interconnectedness with Sheila Magalhaes.

While lifestyle changes seem to offer respite from our worries, the weight of such goals can sink us deeper still. Where dwells the remedy? For thousands of years, Yoga has been teaching us how to soothe this burden.
In this first of three sessions exploring Togetherness, we are joined by Heartsong Yoga co-founder Sheila Magalhaes. She offers her practice as a link between spiritual efforts and cosmic truths. Through breathing, connectedness, and “planetary compassion”, life’s big changes seem simple and achievable. Yoga illustrates that commitment and consistency are attainable once we receive what is around and between us. After a nourishing group discussion, a discovery emerges: In setting targets, we must be careful not to take aim at ourselves.
This session includes an opening and closing chair Yoga meditation, along with a closing sound bath by Sheila.

Turning over a new leaf might sound good on paper, but how many resolutions do we actually stick to when life gets “in the way”?
In this third and final session on the theme of Starting Fresh, we are joined by Dr. Adam Rindfleisch. His expertise in shamanism and integrative health helps recalibrate our first steps towards lifelong journeys. Indeed, practicing visualization can plot new pathways through familiar hermeneutics about health and mindfulness. It can help specify the types of care we need, in turn bolstering our inner health GPS. Hear our community create and share spiritual “travel guides” as we explore the unknown with fresh eyes.

Sunday A millennia-old dilemma: How do our daily routines directly manifest emotionally, spiritually, and physically? Few schools of thought have investigated this question as diligently as Ayurveda.
In this second session on the theme of Starting Fresh, we are joined by Ayurvedic practitioner Aimee Roberts. Marrying ancient traditions with the needs of 21st century living, she outlines daily practices that align the body with its deepest essences. Per the wisdom of Ayurveda’s pillars of health (the Trayopastambha), the most potent remedies are often delightfully straightforward — good quality sleep, harmonious movement, and eating what the seasons offer us. To synchronize with these primal cycles is to tap into our inherent fullness and imminent newness.
This session includes both an opening and closing meditation led by Sheila Magalhaes on the present moment and the transformative power of liminal spaces.

Through tireless fieldwork and ardent community-building, she dedicates herself to teaching others to eat and farm responsibly and steward the land that nourishes our lives. How do we flourish in a world where the easy paths seem to lead away from well-being?
This third session in our journey through Change highlights community, one of its most powerful roots. Members share experiences that have sprouted behavioral growth, while offering practical strategies to nurture the branches of a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Our collective efforts bear fruit in the form of actionable guidance on diet, exercise, compassion, inspiration, and creativity. This culminates in a reflective closing on spiritual guidance from The Vibrancy Path author/founder Jamie Champion.
This session includes an opening meditation and closing chair yoga session led by Sheila Magalhaes, on finding inner peace amid change.

“The beauty of a good practice is the continuity it provides despite the constancy of life’s changes, rendering stable ground from which to observe the change.”
--Derek Notman
All upright plants and animals are pulled in two directions as they grow. The force of gravity pulls you toward the earth, grounding you. Vertical growth pulls you toward the sky. When you healthfully grow in these two directions, you become balanced in your mind, body and spirit.
Mindful movement of your body assists your healthful growth. When you become imbalanced, your body gives you warning signs. You may feel pain and other symptoms that ask you to pay attention, make some adjustments and shift some patterns. The movement facilitators in Living Whole Online have expertise with roots in many traditions, and they will help you find the movement practices that you need for becoming more flexible, balanced and aligned.
