Movement

“The beauty of a good practice is the continuity it provides despite the constancy of life’s changes, rendering stable ground from which to observe the change.”

--Derek Notman

All upright plants and animals are pulled in two directions as they grow. The force of gravity pulls you toward the earth, grounding you. Vertical growth pulls you toward the sky. When you healthfully grow in these two directions, you become balanced in your mind, body and spirit.

Mindful movement of your body assists your healthful growth. When you become imbalanced, your body gives you warning signs. You may feel pain and other symptoms that ask you to pay attention, make some adjustments and shift some patterns. The movement facilitators in Living Whole Online have expertise with roots in many traditions, and they will help you find the movement practices that you need for becoming more flexible, balanced and aligned.
