Colds can derail your life. You are going along, making plans, looking forward to adventures, and suddenly you start to feel ill. Your symptoms may be mild and last for a few days or you might be really miserable and be sick for a few weeks. Others may catch the virus from you.


Your symptoms inspire you to watch this TLC because you want to boost your immunity so that you prevent future viral illnesses.


As you do the exercises in this TLC, you may discover that your symptoms have been hiding deeper problems, so if you get triggered, please engage in an individual session, perhaps therapy, so that you can learn more tools to let go of the patterns that triggered you. You deserve to have more support.

        Never before had I explored the emotional reasons behind why I might contract a cold. I had thought of the traditional way, that is, being in close contact with someone who was sick, but this module opened my eyes to a new way of looking at viral infections. This course allowed me to reflect on how I handle situations with family, friends, colleagues, my boss, and myself, and how this might contribute to my catching a serious cold.
