Maia assists you in surrendering into your natural state of balance and harmony through tones, frequencies and sound in the comfort of your home. Sound therapy has long been cherished for emotional healing, relaxing the body and mind, and relieving stress. The sound waves penetrate every cell in your body and realign your energy centers. These energy centers, or chakras, were described in the Veda texts in India 1500 years BCE.

Lie down or sit in a comfortable position. Use good headphones or earbuds, if you have them, get warm and cozy, and relax into your sound bath.

Live With Facilitator Session with Maia

In your private online Sound Bath session, you can expect that Maia and you will talk a little bit about what is going on energetically, what you are ready to release, and what your intentions are. Maia will guide you through a little meditation and then will do a sound healing. Together you will consider the chakras (your energy centers) that seem to be blocked and how to help clear them. The session focuses upon what you need during your time with Maia.

Your experience will include various instruments, Crystal/Tibetan bowls, and singing. In addition, Maia is skilled in shamanic healing and in including "helper guides and spirits," all of which add to the power of your experience with her.
