Course Description

Viruses cause colds. How can I boost my immune system and decrease the effects of a virus on me?
In the Colds TLC, you learned that colds are a common way in which your life gets derailed...you are going along in life, making plans, looking forward to adventures, and suddenly you start to feel ill. Your symptoms may be mild and last for a few days or you might be really miserable and be sick for a few weeks. Others may catch the virus from you.

The Colds TLC teaches an Integrative Whole Health approach to colds: what the conventional medicine system understands about viruses, how to move your body and feed yourself to prevent and treat colds, and how your emotions affect your immune system.
