Course Description

Tiffany is the creator of MovementandCreativity.com, a treasure trove of online resources curated from somatic practitioners from around the world to support physical, emotional and creative well-being. 


She is an artist, mother, curator and collaborator who practices and teaches the Jeremy Krauss Approach, The Feldenkrais Method® and Organic Intelligence® (in person & online).


In this program, Tiffany shares a lesson from her series that is focused on the common condition of anxiety and tension that are held in your body.


As with much Feldenkrais work, this is a multi-sensory experience including thought, sight and felt sense. Tiffany will guide you to think about particular words like “small” and “tall” in each area of your body, and at the same time notice where you are gazing while attending to your neck, shoulders, torso, and pelvis. This is a delicate, profound exploration into feeling, thinking, sensing and being with your whole self. Finish the session feeling greater ease and more fully embodied.
