We Recommend That You

Join Derek Notman as he helps you learn about the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu, which is a self-care, self-strengthening energy practice that is thousands of years old. All you need to practice self-care Jin Shin Jyutsu are your hands. Derek will teach you to hold what are called safety energy locks in your body, helping to release energy blockages that occur simply because life creates stresses for you. In Jin Shin Jyutsu, energy blockages are referred to as “stuckness” and “stagnation.” When you hold the safety energy locks, you restore circulation and the natural intelligence of your body and release blocked energy. Notice your experience. Bring attention and curiosity to your Jin Shin Jyutsu practice and you will support your body to help you with the symptoms of anxiety that cause you so much discomfort.

Derek Notman Jin Shin Jyutsu:
Weight

Course Description

You may have weight challenges for many reasons. You may be concerned about  your self-esteem, your nimbleness, your flexibility, your energy and your ability to sense what your body needs and wants.

In the Weight TLC, you saw that an Integrative Whole Health approach to weight includes what the conventional medicine system understands about weight challenges and the surgeries and medications that exist. You learned how to move your body and feed yourself to ease your concerns about your weight, and the mind/body/spirit tools that can help you. Integrative Whole Health is an essential part of your Living Whole journey.

In Derek Notman’s program on Jin Shin Jyutsu for Weight, he teaches about safety energy lock 25, which helps to calm you when you feel overstimulated, and to pick you up if you feel under energized. He also guides you to hold safety energy locks 14 and high 19, which help you with emotional eating. Derek helps you learn to give yourself full permission to be tender and gentle with yourself, to be still.
