Aimee spent 37 years in Corporate IT. While raising a family and enjoying corporate work, she found it necessary to seek balance and peace during occasional chaotic and turbulent life events.
She discovered a lifestyle game changer through yoga, meditation and holistic practices that supported and nurtured a stressed and overtired working Mom.
After completing the 500-hour
Kripalu Yoga Teacher studies, Aimee became certified by the
Chopra Center in
Ayurveda Lifestyle Coaching and Teaching. Aimee’s love of learning led her to various continuing education opportunities for
Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Cooking, Phytotherapy (herbalism), and many other practices.
Ayurveda is a full and complete science that has existed for thousands of years. It is the oldest known system of medicine in the world. It is recognized as the sister science of yoga, a system of natural practices that are common sense, with the objective of optimal health and wellness.
In addition to teaching yoga and meditation at yoga studios, corporate fitness centers, health fairs and conferences, Aimee facilitates Ayurveda workshops for cleanse and detox, daily habits, nutrition, breath work, and holistic living.
