Kim Campbell is the Chef for PlantPure and author of three nationally regarded cookbooks: PlantPure Nation, PlantPure Kitchen and PlantPure Comfort Food.


Nelson Campbell is a filmmaker, author and retreat leader who has written and directed the documentaries PlantPure Nation (2015) and From Food to Freedom (2023) and founded PlantPure and the nonprofit PlantPure Communities.  


Kim and Nelson are an integral part of a family legacy committed to improving individual and public health through plant-based nutrition. Nelson’s father is Dr. T. Colin Campbell, author of The China Study and numerous other books, articles and research studies, as well as a protagonist in several films.
