Emily will guide you to make some sounds, to unlock and activate the secret power of your vagus nerve, which is the longest nerve in your body. It is responsible for the regulation of your internal organ functions, including your digestion, heart rate and breath.


In this breathing technique you will experience a deeply relaxing vibration traveling through your body. Every time you breathe out you will make a sound through your vocal cords, bringing vibration to your exhalation. This clears your mind and makes you feel that you are flying!
