Derek’s Jin Shin Jyutsu teachings build on the TLC about Stress, during which you have been learning about flight, fight and freeze reactions, the YI sound for integration and to quiet the mind, how you are tempted by emotional hunger during times of stress, and how to strengthen your capacity for handling challenges.


With Derek’s Jin Shin Jyutsu guidance, you are invited to experience the “give yourself a hug” flow with safety energy lock 26. When you breathe and hold this flow, you give yourself full permission to rest in whatever state of stress you are experiencing, just as you are. This flow helps you to drop in and discover the space that is available to you. This creates calmness in your system, easing the symptoms of stress.
