Today we will be doing an awesome meditation game. We will gaze into each other’s eyes to trust and connect us to our deepest insights.

This fun and captivating meditation technique is done with a partner, a classmate, your friend or at home with your sibling, your mom or your dad, or anybody you like to spend time with practicing eye gazing.
