Brandi Parker lives in the United States. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2003. She currently resides in the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont.
She grew up gardening and cooking with her mother, and began her food service career as a young teenager. Upon graduating college she opened her first business, Heirloom Catering, a farm-to-table catering company, dedicated to local and organic menus. Over the last 15 years she has contributed to her community offering free food events and speaking about what it means to eat in harmony with the planet.
For the past 5 years, Brandi has delved deeply into expanding her knowledge of whole living through multiple continuing education courses. Her fields of study include herbalism, art therapy, meditation, nutrition, Ayurvedic nutrition, and self healing.
Her passions include: writing, painting, photography, learning, small gatherings, loved ones, nature, rock climbing, skiing and rollerblading. Brandi believes in an integrated approach to cultivating a healthy, full, and happy life.
Current services being offered by Brandi include: themed/individual/group cooking classes, family menu planning, introduction to the wonderful world of herbs food series, self-healing accountability calls, and 6 or 8 week rejuvenation courses. All classes offered with zoom and some are available via phone.
